This is a quick clamp vacuum sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace tube of 1" OD without any welding and gluing. Optional for left or right side flange. SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Stainless steel flange with single high-temperature silicone O-rings. Seal tube by tightening quick clamp set with no welding and glue needed. KF25 port and clamp on the flange allow quick access to the vessel in the furnace. The centering ring at flange cap. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly connects with a rubber hose. Ideal for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

Warning	A refractory tube block is required in front of the flange to avoid silicone O-ring melting.  Please consider purchasing our ceramic tube block. This product is heavy, flange support is highly recommended. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
