Description

OTF-X-TGA-L is a large TGA ( Thermal Gravity Analysis ) furnace from 1000 °C to 1700 °C up to 150 ml crucible. It can be operated under both vacuum and controlled gas atmosphere, even under hydrogen or oxygen gas to explore the phase transition during material processing. The TGA furnace also may connect a gas analysis device to study gas composition change during heating and weight change.

SPECIFICATIONS

Vacuum Chamber	The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel with a water cooling jacket. Inner chamber size: 500 mm Dia. x 700 mm Height Hinged type of front door with glass window. Vacuum level: 10 -5 torr via turbopump ( not included )
Heating Furnace	The heating module with MoSi2 heating elements is installed inside the vacuum chamber. Internal heating chamber: 90 mm diameter x 250 mm length Uniform Temperature Zone: 60 mm Dia. x 80 mm H Working Temperature: 1000 ℃ - 1700 ℃ Max. heating rate: 30ºC /minute ( after 300oC preheated )
Force Sensor	High precision force sensor with 0.05% accuracy has installed in the bottom chamber of the furnace. Load sample up to 100 ml Force Sensor output data will connect to PC to show weight change curve with temperature

Temperature Controllers	Programmable temperature controller （ Europe there for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time. Over-temperature protection and alarm allow for operation without attendant(s). +/- 0.1 ºC temperature accuracy. One K-type thermocouple. RS485 Communications Port. PC control software and interface module are included
Control Panel	One brand new laptop computer is included for controlling temperature and displaying weight change and gas flow.
