Description

GSL-1000X-20 is a 20 mm OD mini tube furnace designed for processing small samples up to 1000oC under a vacuum or controlled atmosphere. The
stainless steel vacuum flanges with valves and quartz tubes are included for immediate use. The built-in precision temperature controller can program up to 30 segments of the heating, dwelling, and cooling steps. The furnace and controller are separatable, which can be set up in vertical or horizontal positions to meet various applications such as sample heating, VLS, CVD, and gas analysis.

Application Note	The furnace is separable with controller and easy to replace The furnace can be used as vertical position as the picture below The furnace is small enough to put into glovebox through airlock chamber
Optional Protective Cover	A special made protective shield can be mounted on the furnace for scald protection at an extra cost. If the furnace will be used for a long period of time at high temperature (800°C+), it is recommended to install the protective shield to avoid scalding accidents. Please contact us for more details.
