Operation Instructions
Application Notes	For longer furnace service life, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min. The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating  The heating module is easy to replace. Click pic left to order spare the Heating module for replacement If firing material release vapor or smoking, please put the furnace into a fume hood as the left picture.  Toxic, corrosive, or explosive gases are not allowed to use with this furnace without necessary safety controls or supervision.
