1200°C Hybrid Furnace of Box (6"x6"x7") and Tube（2“ OD) - KSL-1200X-J-H

KSL-1200X-J-H is a hybrid furnace of Box/tube with 1200oC Max working temperature.  It has the heating chamber of  6"x6"x7" as a box furnace and optional  2” or 4" OD quartz with flange which can be inserted from the top as a vacuum tube furnace.   It is 2 in 1  of a cost-effective solution for material processing.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Structure	High purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.  Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch.  Doble layer steel case with forced-air cooling to ensure lower safer face temperature. One hole ( 2“  Dia. ) is opened from the top of the chamber with a thermal insulation block When used as a tube furnace, a quartz tube with flange will be inserted into the heating chamber.

Processing Tubes (2" tube & CF flange) (3.14" tube & KF flange)	2 " quartz tube with flange can be inserted into the heating chamber to treat the sample under high vacuum or controlled atmosphere. Please choose from the product options bar. 2” tube size:    50 OD x 44 ID x 263 L (mm) 3.1" tube size:  80 OD x 73 ID x 263 L (mm )  is available with KF flange. Application Notes	For the longer service life of the furnace, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min. The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating  The heating module is easy to replace.
