Description

GSL-1500X-II is a dual zones tube furnace. Each heating zone is 12" in length and controlled by two precision 30 segments digital temperature controllers independently. One zone is heated by MoSi2 elements and another zone is heated by SiC up to 1500ºC, So the tube furnace can create the various thermal gradient by adjusting the two-zone temperature or longer constant temperature zone. It is an excellent furnace to prepare functional materials under thermal gradient, and also can be used for epitaxial film growth by CVD or PVD with a vacuum system.

Temperature Control	PID automatic control via SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power control 30 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time. Built-in over-temperature alarm and protection allows for operation without the attendant. +/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy.
