Description

GSL-2000X-IN is a high vacuum and high-temperature sintering furnace up to 2000ºC via induction heating with a graphite crucible and a BN liner.  The vacuum level can reach 10^-6 torr via an optional turbopump.

Furnace Structure
  • Vacuum chamber made of SS304 alloy with the dimension of φ315 x 310mm Depth.
  • 25KW induction heating with precision temperature control
  • Graphite crucible with BN liner with the heating zone of 50 ID x 75 Depth ( mm)
  • Multiple vacuum ports are built-in for vacuum up to 10-5 torr

Crucible

  • An optional tungsten crucible is available upon request at the extra cost
   Temperature Control
 
  • Digital temperature controller with 30 segments programmable and over-heat protection.
  • Temperature stability: ±1°C 
  • One C-type thermocouple is included for control and monitoring  up to 2000ºC
  • PC operation software is included for remote operation and data logging.
  • A optional IR pyrometer is available for 2100 - 2200ºC at an extra cost
  Vacuum
(Optional)
  • One digital vacuum gauge is installed on the vacuum chamber. (Pic.1 ), but vacuum pump is not included
  • 10-2 torr can be achieved by a heavy-duty mechanical pump ( click Pic. 2 to order )
  • 10-5 torr can be achieved by turbopump (Pic. 3 )
  • 10-6 torr can be achieved if mounting the turbopump to the vacuum chamber directly. (Pic.4)
  • A gas purification system can also be used to keep O2 and H2O of inert gas below 1 ppm (Pic. 5)
