HP-3040 is a precision hot plate with a larger heating area ( 15"x11")  and a digital temperature controller, which is designed to mount the crystal samples on the polishing machine by wax. It is also useful for precision heating of all kinds of chemicals.

Temperature Measurement	PT100 (Resistant temperature detector) Unlike thermocouples, it is not necessary to use special cables to connect to the sensor.
