MSK-2150-DC is a 150mm width (6") precision electric Rolling Speed Adjustable press with a 94 mm diameter roller. It is an ideal rolling press for adjusting the thickness calendaring the material density of the electrodes in Li-Ion batteries research after coating and drying. This calender machine can be used  in Ar glove box

Warnings	Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC Multi-step thickness calendering needed: While calendering the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing with sheet original thickness.  Never calendering decrement over 0.02mm comparing with original sheet thickness each calendering. Must clean roller surface for each rolling  and Use acetone to clean and lubricate  when not in use to avoid corrosion
