Description

OTF-1200X-VII-5 is a CE certified & UL Ready Seven-zone 5“ split tube furnace with separated temperature control unit and max working temperature of 1200oC . This seven zone furnace can create step thermal gradient or one long constant temperature zone up to 35" by adjusting seven zone temperature. The furnace installed with 5" quartz tube and quick flange , and also can accept various processing tube from 1" to 4".

Heating Element : 1300ºC grade Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo 41 "length x 5.5"dia heating chamber with 7 built in thermal couples to accept processing tube from 1" - 5" dia.x2000 mm length Splittable cover is lift and closed by a pair of heavy duty compressed air spring to make tube replacement at easy.
