8 Channel Battery & Supercapacitor Analyzer (5 mA - 12A up to 5V) w/ Laptop Software & Control Unit - BST8-12

BST8-12 is an eight-channel battery and supercapacitor analyzer to analyze all kinds of batteries and supercapacitors from 5.0 mA to 12 A, up to 5V, with gold-plated pins for the best connection. Each channel of the analyzer has an independent constant-current and constant-voltage source, which can be programmed and controlled by computer software.
This system provides most applications in battery and supercapacitor testing fields such as electrode materials research, battery performance test, small-scale battery formation, capability grading, battery pack testing, Faraday's measurement and etc.
The purchase comes with a brand new laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 with 30 days free trial of Microsoft Excel and the latest version of controller software installed and calibrated for immediate use.

The software (TC8.0) is included to set various working modes for measuring capacity and lifecycle for all types of rechargeable batteries
Working modes Include constant current discharge, constant current charge, constant voltage charge, constant resistance discharge, rest, cycles, etc.
Limited threshold conditions include voltage, current, time, capacity, negative voltage slope, etc.
With real-time monitoring windows and integrated graph/data windows, the testing process can be observed more directly and efficiently
During the test, the software will provide instructions and warnings for assistance
The calibration software can be used to calibrate the analyzer
MS Excel 2013 30 days free trial is pre-installed for you to output the Excel data file.
Test Reports and Curves for analysis

Different types of curves can be created by software base on user definition. (Voltage-time curve, current-time curve, capacity-voltage curve, loops times charge/discharge capacity curve, loops times charge/ discharge efficiency curve, etc)
Data reports are created by the software. User can easily compare the performance of the batteries tested in channels both visually and statistically
Protection and Auto-recover

If the power failure occurs during testing, the system will shut down all operating channels. Once power is recovered, the system will automatically resume those stopped channels and ensure that the test is normally conducted, so that no cases will lose any data.
Battery Holders

Two types of battery holders are included in the BST8-12 Standard package:
8 Gold Plated spring load holders with adjustable height for measuring cylinder or coin cell up to 70mm(H) (pls click a picture below 1-2 to enlarge)
8 alligator clips with cable for universal connecting (especially for pouch cell, pls click the picture 3-4 below ) Laptop Computer

Application Notes
New buyers must buy the software installed laptop to avoid trouble from installation. If you like to run multiple battery analyzers on one Laptop, you can just buy multiple analyzers with one laptop which are offered at a discounted price.
Warning: Please choose NEVER for Screen and Sleep off in Power& Sleep setting of your computer, or it may lose connection from the battery analyzer.
The customer can easily combine up to 10 battery analyzers (0.002-1mA, 0.1-10mA, 6mA-3000mA) to one computer by using a transit device.
