Dual Tube Water Cooling Flange for 4" & 80 mm dia Tube with Support Fixture - EQ-FL-100-DT

This 4" tube flange is specially made for CVD applications where customers need a dual tube configuration. Each flange is equipped with a water-cooling jacket which fully protects the O-rings during the heating process. Flange supports will be provided with the flange set to ensure the rigidity and safety of the structure. 

Features	Made of Stainless Steel (SS304)  with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. Seals tube ends by tightening screws on the flanges without any welding and glue. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe. Flange support parts are included for customers' further customization. Water cooling jacket is implemented with fittings for easy connection to water hoses (click picture to the right for details)
Ports	Left flange: one 3/8" barbed needle valve, one valve for digital meter, water cooling inlet/outlet. Right flange: one 3/8" barbed needle valve, one KF25 vacuum port, water cooling inlet/outlet.                  Left Flange (Digital Meter Not Included)               Right Flange (Right Angle Valve Not Included)
Dimensions	The flange is designed for MTI 4" (100mm O.D x 92mm I.D) and 80mm O.D (72mm I.D) outer and inner furnace tubes, respectively. Click the image to the left to see the dimensions illustration.
