Description

HTVO-90 is a high temperature and high vacuum oven with 18x18x18" heating chamber and a sliding door. The oven is 5 sides heated for max. uniformity up to 900oC with 10-5 torr vacuum level. It is designed for heat treatment of air-sensitive components.

Structure	The chamber is structured with SS304 with 4 layers SS310 reflection plates each side Chamber size： 18x18x18", （ 91 Liter, 3.4 Cubic Feet ）with 4 sides heating Constant temperarure zone: 12 x12 x 12" with +/- 2ºC Sliding door with water cooling for easy sample loading. Temperature Control	One programming temperature controller are equipped for discrete control on each heater 30 segments programmable with ± 1ºC accuracy Continuous working temperature: 50 - 900 ºC Temperature Uniformity: ±2°C in 12x12x12" chamber center zone. The software and PC interface module is available at an extra cost.
Vacuum Pump	Dual-stage vacuum pump with exhaust filter installed on the bottom. Maximum vacuum: < 10-2 Torr by mechanical pump and 10-5 torr by a turbopump. Built-in mechanical vacuum gauge One 1000 mL/min gas flowmeter for monitoring gas gauge, fill and flow.
Gas purification system	You may consider using a gas purification system instead of the vacuum pump to keep chamber oxygen level below 10 ppm with an Ar gas cylinder
Water Cooling	One Digital controlled Recirculating Water Chiller EQ-KJ5000 is included. (click Pic. left to see details) for cooling front door sealing Refrigeration range: 5~35°C Flowing range: 16L/minute Coolant tank capacity: 6 Liter Use anti-corrosion coolant for the best performance.
