This is a pair of smart sealing assemblies designed for the GSL-1100X-11-III Series furnaces. SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	One pair of Hinged type vacuum-sealed flange with hinged type opening door for easy sample loading One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings (300°C Max.), and six screws
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. 2 hanged flange caps for easy loading & unloading the furnace. On one end of the flange has a 1/4" needle valve, 1/4 NPT for Digital pressure gauge attached, and the other end has a 1/4" needle valve & KF-40 Vacuum port. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. Designed for MTI GSL-1100X-11-III Series tube furnace. Excellent for any type of tubing: glass, quartz, and stainless steel pipe with OD 278 -280 mm
Vacuum level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-4 torr by a small turbopump and 10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You may order a ceramic block in related products Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
