Description

MSK-AFA-EC350 is a 350mm width roll-to-roll tape caster with a 3meter long convection drying heater. Such a system integrates an electrostatic dust removal system which enables the particle-free coating environment. It can coat film sheets by slurry from 10 to 1000 microns thickness for various materials such as fuel cell membrane, battery electrodes, and biological films
It also can add a hybrid slot die head or ultrasonic spray head to achieve slot-die coating and ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coating.

Coating Method & Precision	Tape casting is done with a doctor blade ( Film applicator) on a flat plate: Substrate reeling out -> blade coating-> Bottom heating -convection drying-> and final electrode winding Coating Thickness Precision: 10 microns.
