Left side flange with 1/4" Feedthrough for 4" tube - EQ-FL-101-FT(L)

This is the left side of the smart sealing assembly for vacuum tube furnace to seal one end of OD 100-102 mm ( 4") tube without any welding and gluing.

  SPECIFICATIONS

Structure	1/4" Feedthrough Mechanical Pressure Gauge 1/8" NPS Valve Barbed Fitting for 10mm O.D. tube.
Features	Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304)  with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. Vaccum level: 10-5 torr by molecular pump and 10-2 torr by mechanical pump
Descriptions	One end flange has a barbed needle valve,1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple inserted  and 1/8 NPS valve  with installed  Mechanical Pressure Gauge.  (if you need Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge , please choose from product option at extra cost . If you don't need vacuum gauge, please instruct us when you order, we can take it off, but no price deduction )   1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Designed for MTI OTF-1200X Desk-top Quartz Tube Furnace. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
