This is the left side of the smart sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace to tighten  3" OD tube without any welding and gluing. SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	One flange with mechanical gauge and valve, one steel sealing rings, two high-temperature silicone O-rings  ( 300°C Max., and three screws
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. The left flange has a vacuum meter with a valve and 1/4" Dat. feed-through Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Designed for MTI OTF-1200X3 3" Quartz Tube Furnace. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
Vacuum Level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump

Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. Please click picture below-center to order the block. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
