The one-end closed quartz tube with CF type flange is designed for Ultra-high vacuum application up to 10e-6 torr via turbopump.

- There are two feedthrough connections, KF-16 and KF-40
KF-16 could be used on NIST Traceable Anti-Corrosive Digital Vacuum Gauge or another similarity, and KF - 40 could be used on any fit in with the feedthrough, such as bellow tube for vacuum pump. |
