Description
This is an one end of sealing flanges made of polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) for 80 mm diameter processing tube.
- Made of polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) with double high temperature silicon O-rings on flange.
- PTFE KF-25 Port
- The assembly kit will seal one end of 80-82 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube.
- Vacuum pressure can reach 10-5 torr with suitable pump.
- Max. working temperature: 250ºC

- Note:
- A thermal block must be placed in the end of furnace to reduce heat radiation, otherwise the PTFE flange may melt off if furnace temperature is higher than 500ºC.
