MTI Corporation provides the high purity quartz tube as a replacement part for high-temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. This tube is designed for Fluidized Bed Vertical Tube Furnace and it can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC.

Since Nov 10, 2016, we have no longer accepted return delivery of any tubes due to the fragile nature of the materials. All tubes are not refundable, not exchangeable, nor covered under the warranty (Consumables). We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the package for damages before accepting the delivery. | - For vacuum sealing, please choose vacuum flanges at the related products below
- This quartz tube is excellent for DIY tube furnace below 1200°C
- Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
- The flow rate for gases should be limited to <200 SCCM for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
- Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
- In order to get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample, instead of loading the sample directly inside the tube, please click the picture below to choose one crucible boat:
