MSK-1418-R2R is a roll to roll heavy-duty electric rolling press with 180 mm width x 142mm diameter for the metallic materials, such as Tiny, Copper, stainless steel, Nickel alloy, etc.

  • Roll to roll is controlled by synchronous magnetic powder clutch

Application Note
  • Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC
  • The thickness of each time pressing is depending on material thickness.  The harder material shall be less press thickness, which customer shall test by themselves for the best parameters
  • For some material which is easy work hardening, you may need to anneal it by furnace after each rolling.
  • Please refer to this instruction on how to calculate rolling pressure from roller gap (reference only)
