Sealing Flange Assembly for 2.5" ( 63-64) Dia. Tube - EQ-FL-63

This is a pair of smart sealing assemblies for tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of O.D 2.5"  ( 63 - 64 mm ) without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings (300oC Max.), and six screws
Vacuum Level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-4 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange Two flanges as one side. One end flange has a vacuum meter with a valve, and another end has a valve Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe

Installation Video
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You may order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
