Vacuum Sealing Assembly for 1" dia Tube Furnace with Valve / 1/4" TC Insert - EQ-FL-25FB

This is a pair of smart sealing assemblies for a tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD1" (25-26 mm) tube without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	A pair of  flanges with 4 high-temperature silicone O-rings(300°C Max.) and 1 mechanical gauge One flange has a feedthrough for a 1/4" thermal couple.
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with 2 high-temperature silicone O-rings (300°C Max) on each flange.  (for both sides order) Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4'' diameter stainless steel gas inlet/outlet fitting for PVC hose tube (tube not included). Two vacuum valves and one pressure gauge are installed with flanges. Excellent for vacuum sealing any type of 1" O.D. tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. Designed for fitting 1" diameter tube furnace
Vacuum Level	10E-5 torr by molecular pump and 10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump

Warning	Must put a refractory tube block between the flange and the sample to avoid melting the silicone O-ring by heat radiation. Please order a ceramic block in related products.
