Vacuum Sealing Assembly for 80 mm dia Tube Furnace with Valve / Vacuum Meter - EQ-FL-80

This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for the tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 80 mm tube without any welding and gluing.

• Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
• On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with a valve attached, and on the other end has the only valve.
• Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
• 1/4" hose connector in the both of ends.
• 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
• Designed for MTI OTF-1200X-80 tube furnace.
• Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
The assembly kit will seal 80 - 82 mm diameter (3-1/8 ~~ 3-1/4" Dia) of the quartz tube.

How to seal a quartz tube using the assembly, please follow the photos below:
Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
