Vacuum Sealing Assembly for Single End 50mm dia. Tube with Vacuum Meter/Valve - EQ-HFL-50

This is a smart sealing assembly for one end of OD 2" diameter tube without any welding and gluing, and specially designed for one end closed quartz tube for induction heater.

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. The end has a vacuum meter with valve. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" hose connector at the end. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. The assembly kit will seal one end of 50-52 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube.

Warning	A refractory tube block must be placed in front of the flange to avoid heat radiation melting the silicone O-ring. Customers may order a ceramic block from related products below. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
