Vacuum Sealing Flange for 3" (76 mm) dia Tube Furnace with Valve / Vacuum Meter - EQ-FL-76

This is a pair of smart sealing assemblies for a tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 3" tube without any welding and gluing. SPECIFICATIONS

Three types of Package optional ( choose from product option )	For both sides:  A pair of  flanges with 4 high-temperature silicone O-rings(300°C Max.) and 1 mechanical gauge  For left side:     Left side flange with 2 high-temperature silicone O-rings(300°C Max.) and 1 mechanical gauge  For right side:   Right side flange with 2 high-temperature silicone O-rings(300°C Max.)
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. One end flange has a vacuum meter with a valve, and another end has a valve. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Designed for MTI OTF-1200X3 3" Quartz Tube Furnace. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe.
Vacuum Level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump

Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. Please click the picture below-center to order the block. Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
