Vertical Double Side R2R Coating System with Max. 250mm Width For Battery Electrodes - MSK-AFA-DS300-LD

MSK-AFA-DS300 is a vertical roll to roll coater designed for preparing double-sided electrode sheets for Li-Ion batteries, Graphene thin-film coating, ceramic coating, and NiMH batteries. It is excellent for making the double coating on a substrate and has a small footprint (L 950 mm x W 870 mm) to save lab space. The coater also can be used for making the double coating at the same time for other materials from a slurry.
MTI has granted the patent 201821453337.8 for the Vertical Roll to Roll Coating (Immersion) System MSK-AFA-DS300 since July 2019.
