This is a pair of sealing flange with a water cooling jacket valve for OD 80 mm diameter processing tube. If you cannot use a ceramic block in two end of tube, you must use the water cooling jacket to keep flange cool (otherwise silicone o-ring may get damage)

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicone O-rings on the flange. Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor. The assembly kit will seal one end of 80-82 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. Vacuum meter is installed in one side of flange. You may choose left side, right side or full set of flange at product option bar Note: You may order Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller with 16L / min Flow, to cool the flange and save water. Installation Video
Warming	Must put a refractory tube block between the flange and the sample to avoid melting the silicone O-ring by heat radiation. Please order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs. For liability considerations, MTI does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies. Please contact us with any concerns.
