Water Cooled Sealing Flange for 50mm dia. Processing Tube - EQ-FG-50WC

This is a pair of sealing flange with SS water cool tubing & valve for OD 50 +/- 1.0  mm diameter processing tube. If you can not use a ceramic block in two ends of the tube, you have to use the SS water cool tubing to keep flanges cool (otherwise, silicone o-ring may get damaged). SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on the flange.   Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor.      12mm push fitting for water pipes. The assembly kit will seal one end of 50-52 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. Vacuum meter is installed on one side of the flange.
Vacuum level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
